“Delivery wasn't next day as originally advised, had to chase a number of times and eventually received the delivery about a week later. Happy with the products but service needs to be improved.”

“Decorating direct has some really good products, service is always top notch, fast dispatch and good communication. The 'fossa' brand products are also very good value. The only negative is prices that arent always super competative. If you want good products fast and price is secondary you cant do better.”

“Always found Decoratingdirect to be a reliable supplier. Quick to post out my orders and excellent communication. Always friendly and keen to make sure I’m happy with everything I’ve ordered. They also don’t bombard me with advertising emails, unlike other suppliers. Just feel confident that they I can get what I need quickly without any fuss and for a good price from them. I also feel confident that if there are any problems with anything I have bought they will make sure it’s sorted out quickly. This is why I do recommend them to other decorators. Customer service really matters. Thanks.”
