“We've been using Decorating Direct for a few years now for our Company and have always found them to be great value for money. Easy to use website, and quality items available. If anything is out of stock or not available, always contacted directly by email to advise and offer alternative products or reasonable lead times. Usually it's a next day delivery which helps in today's fast paced environment. Really cannot fault the service and highly recommend them”

“The sign of a good company in my eyes is good customer service. Any issues with the deliveries ( not their fault) have been sorted out very fast and professionally. They have good prices and plenty of stock. 5 stars👍”

“Website is easy to navigate and prices are very competetive. However, it is a shame that there is no way to hold an online account to track or make repeat orders. It would also be helpful to either have access to VAT invoices or even if there was a automated system for having invoices emailed to the purchaser. I have to get in touch to request a copy of the VAT receipts. I will always come back to Decorating Direct though because they are otherwise pretty good.”
