“Very friendly but continually kept skiing for more and more info. Delaying my IVA and then passed to another Company. All in all I still haven't received any paperwork to sign although the new company say it has all been agreed. This was started in May, it's now October”

Hi June, Firstly I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the timescale of your application. The main reason for the delay was that the initial information provided would not have been sufficient for your creditors to accept the proposal. Our priority is always our clients and if we had submitted with the initial information the proposal would have been rejected. I understand this may have been a stressful time for you, but I assure you this was necessary and thankfully we achieved the end result we was looking for. I can confirm everything has been approved. “Oliver is my advisor...he is amazing...he has built my confidence up with each chat we’ve had...he has helped me deal with my debt,and anything I’v asked about,Oliver has had no trouble explaining...I wasn’t very computer tech when I first went on with fortis,but now I’m more clued up about how to use computer tech...it wouldn’t have been possible without Oliver’s help though...he is kind,caring and sincere...if he can help people (like me) he will do his upmost to come up with a solution... Fortis is a great company to turn to if you are experiencing financial struggles...I did,now I can sleep better at night knowing I can afford my debt at a reduced cost...10/10 Oliver,10/10,Fortis insolvency”
