“After initial enquiry I was bombarded with calls and texts - even though I had a future appt booked with an Advisor. The FA was very clear and made everything easy to understand. Again though I felt rushed when trying to collate my paperwork and documents required. After my case had been handed to Creditfix I contacted Fortis twice with absolutely no reply or response. No after care service. Very disappointing”

“I spoke with Fortis today and as much as they could not help my personal situation, they were extremely professional and helpful in getting the right answer to my question. I am very impressed by their "we want the best for you" attitude, rather than just selling me something to better themselves. They have provided an alternative contact that should help my family and I to be together again. No problem whatsoever in rating this service 5 stars!!”

“I was really struggling trying to pay all my debts it was a total nightmare because I was getting less money every week,but once I found Fortis I was so much happier they made things really easy for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is struggling.”

“I tried for two years to keep on top of my debts, I spent many sleepless nights just thinking about how I am going to find the next monthly instalments. Credit card interest just kept increasing, until my debt increased to over £30,000, letters, statements, phone calls almost daily. Then work dried up at the start of lockdown, that was the final straw. Although initially I was too proud to ask for help, I had no choice and contacted Fortis. They gave me advice as to my best options given my personal circumstances and together we worked out an affordable payment plan. The payment plan was approved by my creditors so now I only have to make one monthly payment to cover all my debts. I can start to live again without the financial worry.”

“I was feeling so low because of the debt I am in I know some of it is my fault but I couldn’t see away out of it until I spoke to a really lovely lady who then passed me on to another lady that helped me so much. Thank you I will definitely recommend you.”
