“The customer service agents at Fortis are amazing!! I had been really really struggling after taking out lots of high interest card and loans whilst waiting for Universal Credit to medically assess me… which in the end turned out to be 7 months with no income. The guys at Fortis did not judge me or make me feel bad about the position I had got myself in, they were just really kind and understanding and quickly arranged an IVA to be put in place with 1 affordable payment per month, brilliant! You can totally put your trust in them, they work with the companies on your behalf so I dont worry when the phone goes anymore. Totally work with these people, I’m so happy I did :)”
