“I came across this company by chance and I am so pleased that I found them. I was looked after from the very first phone call and found all the members of staff I interacted with to be kind and very caring, they took the time to go through everything with me and helped me to find the best options available to me. Thanks to them a weight has been lifted off me and I recommend them to anyone that is struggling with debt. They worked so fast to get me results but they can only work as fast as you do so you need to be on the ball. Everything was sorted within a month of the very first call and am now officially insolvent, I can actually breathe again and look after my family financially. We have come to a monthly amount that I can live with, and I no longer have to struggle each month spending pretty much my whole pay trying to pay my debts. Thank you so much Fortis insolvency!”

“I think the overall process was long nearly 4 month for me and at the end of it all confused on some things but some of the staff talk to you as your dumb one tell you something another one something different .”

Hi Amandeep, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you feel this way, as we treat customer service very seriously and will review this matter internally. With regards to length of the set up of your case, our average time is 3-4 weeks. I have looked into this and this was a particularly complex case, where you was unable to provide essential documentation that we had requested. I know this was a stressful time for you I'm sure you just wanted a conclusion quickly. However we have to be as thorough as possible in order to satisfy the creditors in order to get your application approved. Thankfully, with combined persistence we have managed to achieve a successful conclusion. I hope you are now feeling much better about everything. “It has been a very stressful year, I didn’t know which way to turn. Then I found Fortis Insolvency. They helped me all the way through my claim, very understanding people. They made sure I understood everything, they took time to make sure I was doing the right thing for me and my situation. The relief I felt just to be able to talk it all through with someone who understood what I was feeling. It’s been a long time since I slept so well and can relax at last.
