Hi Sheryl, I have looked into this for you and firstly I apologies if you feel you haven't been kept up to date. I have looked into this and this was a particularly complex case, where there was a delay in documentation that we had requested. “Good, but disappointed that Ellie didnt call me back as she promised she would I also contacted tgem as they stated they were a women in debt company, though two different men called me, which im not comfortable with. So thats knocked my confidence hoing forward.”
