“It's early days but so far I cannot fault the help and knowledge of the consultants who have dealt with my case. “Very friendly but continually kept skiing for more and more info. Delaying my IVA and then passed to another Company. All in all I still haven't received any paperwork to sign although the new company say it has all been agreed. This was started in May, it's now October”

Hi June, Firstly I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the timescale of your application. The main reason for the delay was that the initial information provided would not have been sufficient for your creditors to accept the proposal. Our priority is always our clients and if we had submitted with the initial information the proposal would have been rejected.
