“I previously had an IVA with Fortis that unfortunately I had to terminate however a few months later I was ready to set it back up again. Due to having an IVA with fortis I was not able to have an IVA with them again however I spoke to a lovely guy called Raphael who refereed me on to another service so I could set up my IVA still. He was so helpful so caring and so kind. He always ended our conversations with if you need anything I’m here for you and that made me feel like I wasn’t so alone with my debts and he really helped me feel okay about my situation. Thank you for all your help! I definitely recommend!”
