“Only issue I had is that my bank declined the payment thinking it was fradulent and for that reason I was unable to set up and continue with the policy. Had to re-run it all through again as Debenhams call centre would not take the payment over the phone without charging me £20 for the pleasure.”

“This is my 3rd year with Debenhams car insurance and I very happy with the outcome every year the staff very friend but I would find it easier if you didn't have to renew your policy over the phone every time a roll over with contact via email or you you don't contact would be much easier but overall I still recommend to family and friends”

“This is my first policy with Debenhams and I am so glad I went with them. The buying process was simple, clear and quick. I recieved my emails for the portal and documents very quickly and these were si.ple and easy to follow. The price of my insurance policy was fantastic and as a single, full time working mummy this was something that was very important to me. I look forward to year of no stress, fully insured.
