“Been with Debenhams insurance now for 3 years. Always given me the best quote compared to comparison sites. Never had to contact customer services or make a claim. Give me peace of mind knowing I'm insured with a reputable company.”

“The person I spoke to was very polite well spoken and knowledgeable about what I asked info about. I have not had insurance in my own name for some time, so I was somewhat a little apprehensive and concerned as to what I was getting covered etc. Putting my mind at rest and the second time I called to change a direct debit date was completed without fuss or pain. I was totally satisfied with the people I spoke to and very happy with my cover I purchased. Many thanks regards James Mcarthur”

“Debenhams customer service are very helpful and guide you in the right direction. And if its about value for money Debenhams is definitely the best value for money, Debenhams was the cheapest price around. They are all round the best company for me and would recommend anyone to try them, I did and I am sticking with Debenhams.”

“To be honest they aren’t the cheapest, what made me renew this year was the experience we had with the finance provider Creation. They were amazing during the covid lockdown, unbelievably helpful, accommodating and easy to deal with.”
