“Haven't had to make a claim but they offered me a marginally better price than most other companies. My only issue was the £50 fee when I changed my licence plate to a private one. £50 to change 6 digits seems a bit excessive when you're already charging me £1100 to insure a Fiesta.”

“I have had to use this insurance twice in the three years I have had it, and both times everything was dealt with very efficiently and easily. Only downside is that my premium has gone up massively since I have moved house.”

“Customer service interactions I have had have always been great, always happy to help and have always resolved if I called up. Was chuffed with the cost of insurance with debenhams because I thought they would have been more expensive as they are a more premium company in the high street.”
