“Customers service answer their calls very quickly and my policy price was abit higher On renewal when compared to comparing site So I mentioned that and got the price little bit lower than that”

“Don’t constantly ask for more information and if you don’t reply within a week cancel your insurance like other insurance company’s I’ve been with do which is good”

“I cant thank you enough for providing me with car insurance that is a very good price. Your customer service have always been very forth coming in any questions I have and they always answer honestly. Very polite aswel. Keep up the good work. for those who have left bad reviews then maybe you need to look at how you speak to them as they are only doing there job. The is no need for it. Be polite and have manners and that will take you places and will give you respect back.”
