“What can I say, the online service aswell as the customer service over the phone, was a breeze and quite frankly and breath of fresh air to deal with in a world that seems ever more complicated to resolve and issues. More, recently changed my vehicle details and the process was one of ease and no hassle, I am therefore most happy with my car insurance through Debenhams 👍”

“Easy to purchase car insurance and an easily accessible site, can see all documents without having to dig around, also best prices around, I didn’t even know Debenhams done car insurance but I’m glad they do!”

“Wouldn’t accept payment when trying to pay insurance in full, but as soon as I tried to pay for it in monthly payments it went through. Very annoying I now have to pay interest BUT it does still work out cheaper than other companies so cannot complain too much. I also haven’t received any acknowledgment about the £50 Debenhams voucher and I purchased my policy 3 days ago.”
