“The quote was reasonable but when I had had a no damage, no fault, no claims, police not interested, when a bike jumped the red light and hit the side of my car you refused a no claims protection. I was being honest as you demand and was penalised for it.”

“I was for many years with other insurance companies and after I went around I found this company and I’m very happy with my polices and is working for me just right also the price was almost half of the other companies quoted me. If you want a good price for your next policy just give them a try and I think you will definitely choose them like I did. Thank again for all Debenhams we will stay here for next year too.”

“Always helpful and friendly when I need help with my car insurance, the only thing I would say is I signed up for car insurance and you were supposed to receive a £50 Debenhams gift card and I did not and I was disappointed. Other than that the call centre is always friendly”
