“The quote and insurance are ok, but it wasn't too seamless actually taking out the insurance. They wouldn't accept my bank so I had to use an old one which I don't use anymore. It also took a long time and the person was hard to understand on the phone.”

“I’ve been with Debenhams car insurance for nearly 2 years and I’ve had the best service and support from them. This was the best price I could find when I went on the compare websites. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who has just passed. The customer service over the phone was really professional and honest. They advised me to use the online portal which was a cheaper option for me. Always takes care of me and according me the best and cheapest prices.”

“I switched over a couple of years ago due to customer service and price and based on that alone I wouldn’t look to go elsewhere. Debenhams have also been extremely self sufficient during renewals and handle everything very well - no complaints or areas for concern, I’m more than happy.”
