“The staff are very helpful and friendly! I had a welcome call off of them and i added some extra stuff onto my insurance plan, which she explained to me in more detail what they do. Nothing felt like it was too much for them and they seemed happy to have me as a customer”

“Customer service is shocking, really stressful experience. One adviser will tell you one thing and another adviser will tell you something else. Whilst one adviser said all my documents had been uploaded and reviewed and where fine another advisor would tell me there was no record I don't know who is in charge of that s**t show but who ever it is is doing and incredibly amazing job doing nothing. Good luck getting insurance with these as you will definitely need it and patience”
