“Debenhams car insurance were the first insurance providers to provide me with a lower renewal quote! In the years gone by the prices had only gone up despite me not being involved in anything which may have impacted the price! I was really happy to learn that my insurance price had gone down and I renewed the policy almost immediately.”

“Have been with them for a year and a half, there renewal price was better than most and included more. They have also been very polite when I've called to speak to someone.”

“Great customer service, although their online portal wouldn’t let me execute the quote and so I had to call in and was charged the administration fee of £20 for service but the agent was lovely. In addition, they would not accept my no claims discount for being a named driver unlike other insurers which was shaken but the premium was £200 cheaper than anywhere else so, can’t complain too much.”

“Someone is always there to answer and talk to you though you have to wait on the phone for a while before you get through. This maybe coiv19 reason I dont know but I like that fact that someone is there when you need them”
