“My car insurance was extremely quick and easy to purchase with Debenhams. It was the best quote I received after searching and it including all of the necessary elements. The format of the account could be slightly better to clearly show the policy documents, but I quickly received all of the relevant information.”

“Really simplistic service. All done online without even needing to contact anyone. Documentation takes a little bit long to come through and the online portal is not working nearly 48 hours after taking out the policy. Pricing seems to be the cheapest I’ve found amongst the comparison websites.”

“After being with Debenhams for 4 consecutive years they never reduced premiums. They gave me a quote which is higher than if I was to come to them as a new customer. I have been paying £135 p/m they offered £134. Then offered £100 p/m with £200 up front payment but I see they offer new customers £86p/m not the way to reward loyalty.”
