“I ordered various items including a particular card from Dean Morris cards. on arrival the said card was actually the wrong one, so I emailed Dean and asked him what I should do next -wether to return card for an exchange or just go ahead and re order. I received a quick reply saying I should have the card I ordered so he would send out my original choice and to keep the other. You don't seem to get an awful lot of help from people any more but Dean was great, really helpful and I was pleased with quick delivery of original card as it was part of an advent calender I was making up. The other items (a handful of badges)were great also. 👍”
