“TV came with dead batteries in remote control also doesn't update all channels bought 3 aerials n tried them all to no avail still only get BBC n itv on. So I don't recommend this TV 😕 I would have returned it but I already threw the box away .”

Using a portable aerial can cause issues with reception. This however is down to the aerial and not the TV. It’s worth tunning the TV using a fixed aerial and I'm confident it will find all the channels just fine.

Hi, Thank you for your comments and we are sorry to hear the battery does not seem to last. Please kindly check the battery health in the settings menu. If the battery has a health of 100% then the battery life will depend on your use and several features may need to be deactivated in order to achieve longer battery life. “I was happy with the service that I had from Dealbuyer, but when I had taken everything out there was no screws or brackets to hang the tv on the wall, so I have had to get in touch with Umc to try and resolve the problem”

Hi, We are sorry you feel this way, however you have not contacted us regarding this. Looking at the issue you have described, this TV is not supplied with a wall bracket. There are not very many TVs that supply a wall bracket as this is an after sale purchase. If you would consider reflecting this company review on our services it would be greatly appreciated. You can also leave a separate product review if you wish to review the product.

“The laptop in question arrived in great condition and extremely quickly. The packaging was adequate but not as I would have expected for a product costing over £400. Although it was classified as "open box" it was clearly more than this since Windows updates had been tried and failed. Windows had to be re-installed to overcome the problem (corrupt or missing dll s. This was evidently why the product had been returned, but this was obviously overlooked. Registering the product for Guarantee purposes was also not possible as the product was sold by a reseller. Had I known this I would have steered clear and paid slightly more for a brand new unopened product. Buyer beware!”

Hi, We are sorry to hear this, as the product describes these are a 14 day customer change of mind return in brand new condition, retail boxed with a 12 month return to base warranty. This is highlighted above the price of the product and on the first line of the description. We apologise if you feel you did not receive what was described and are glad read that you are pleased with the condition of the product, however we are glad to take return of this if you are unhappy and only need to contact us directly for a prepaid return. Unfortunately, windows updates are beyond our control and can corrupt or lose connection when downloading from Microsoft servers. As mentioned the warranty is 12 month return to base, due to this being a change of mind return in most cases the warranty would have been registered at first purchase. We provide 12 months with ourselves and full details of our warranty can be found on our details pages before purchase. This came at a saving of almost £200 on the retail price of the product. We encourage all customers to check full details provided to make an informed purchase. Feedback is always appreciated but please contact us if there are any problems.

“I was initially very impressed with the buying process and quality of the item (Apple Watch). However, once I had charged it. I have discovered that the watch is actually registered to another person with an activation lock in place. This makes the watch completely unusually! I have attempted to email the sales@dealbuyer email address that was on the bottom of my email receipt to discuss the problem but the email bounced back. Edit*** after my initial 1* review the company got in touch and offered a return for refund. I managed to get the watch working myself by taking it to an Apple Store, so kept it. The watch does work perfectly and is in good order so revised my review to 3*.”

“The laptop was described as open box new. I had a struggle when I received it. The Touchpad and fingerprint reader did not work. No right or left click. I spent MANY HOURS in the first few days trying to fix this. In the end after MUCH GOOGLING I did. I had to find the correct versions of the I/O, Touchpad and fingerprint drivers. Then manually download and install them. There was also a startup error in the pre-installed Teams software that caused a persistent blocking error pop-up message on boot up. This machine had obviously been altered from its factory condition by someone and could not have had even a cursory startup before shipping to me. It is now working ok but caused a lot of work and frustration. Yes, it was discounted, but wow, i EARNED that discount!”

“Sent me a watch with no charger. The watch required a specific charger & I had to spend more £ getting one. After spending the extra money on a charger I only got a slightly better deal for this refurbished watch than buying brand new!”

“Although the tablets were supposedly a Grade A the boxes were all badly damaged and the tablets on the inside were wrapped in a thin foam which was very disappointing. We haven't as yet tried to use the tablets (x5) but we are hoping that they are in good working order as described.”

Hi, As mentioned on the product page, these are a 14 day change of mind return. As the box has been opened and labels have been removed leaving the manufactures boxes in less than perfect condition, these are then sold as Grade A. If they have also been returned without the thin manufacturers sleeve over the product then these have been replaced with our own slightly thicker ones to protect the product further. You should be very pleased with the condition of the product but if you are less than satisfied then just let us know and we will be happy to resolve any issues for you.
