“Superb. I was a pretty hesitant at first about buying an even an A grade laptop refurb. Opened it up and there's not a trace anybody has even touched it before. Saved a couple of hundred in savings and a machine way above what i could afford just for letting somebody else open the box. Have recommended to a lot of people.”

“Having never heard of Dealbuyer before, I read all the reviews before purchasing my laptop. Especially as it was a newer model than what I had looked for and was much cheaper. I'm so glad I went with them. Delivery was quick. Laptop works amazingly and is brand new as stated. Was well packaged too, Will defintiely be looking here first in future for all things tech”

“Purchased sharp TV. When TV was delivered on Friday when opening it had a crack screen (I think this was down to the courier used) emailed the sales team and within a day i had a reply email stating that it would be replaced and the broken one collected at the same time, on the tuesday. As to their word the broken one was collected and the new TV was delivered The only thing was that the box was damaged so I thought there we go again because there was a lot of boxes just thrown on top of the box with the TV in, but after unpacking and turning on it was all ok. The only thing I suggest is that dealbuyer source a new courier.”

“Was a bit worried since I've never heard of this site before but my refurbished laptop arrived on time and was packaged well. Runs just as a good as a new laptop. Customer service was quick to reply to my emails to better help me understand the products.”
