“I was initially very impressed with the buying process and quality of the item (Apple Watch). However, once I had charged it. I have discovered that the watch is actually registered to another person with an activation lock in place. This makes the watch completely unusually! I have attempted to email the sales@dealbuyer email address that was on the bottom of my email receipt to discuss the problem but the email bounced back. Edit*** after my initial 1* review the company got in touch and offered a return for refund. I managed to get the watch working myself by taking it to an Apple Store, so kept it. The watch does work perfectly and is in good order so revised my review to 3*.”

“small hic up with the product description, but emailed customer service who appoligised,offered a refund and a returns lable,they also emailed a link as to how i could sort the problem out,followed the link,problem sorted,top notch customer services,good laptop at a very good price and fast delivery”

Hi, we think you may have the wrong company. You have not contacted us about your parcel and looking at your tracking on DPD there is an image of your parcel being handed to a resident.

“I needed six identical TVs for a hospital installation. Dealbuyer had the model I required in stock at a good price. They were delivered the following morning via DPD and all were new and worked well. I also needed a 50" which I ordered from Amazon. I'm still waiting for that...”

“Made my purchase direct with Dealbuyer. Wasn't aware of this Company, but when using a search engine whilst looking for a robot vacuum Dealbuyer was one of the options - and at a competitive price. Website gave me date of delivery and DPD the delivery company gave me a 1 hour time slot. All worked perfectly. Had some difficulty connecting machine to internet, and it appears Alexa just doesn't want to know Wall-E. Oh well I have the app and the remote. Early days, but so far, so good :)”
