“I can't fault the customer service at Dealbuyer, I ordered a Sharp 12/24/240v TV for my boat which was delivered inside 24 hrs, unfortunately I think it was possibly damaged in transit. Scott at Dealbuyer arranged for it to be returned inside 24 hrs and a replacement sent the following day. I'll leave a review of the TV in the near future, thanks.”

“Due to the ongoing health problems, my laptop delivery was 72 hours late. This is in no way a criticism. I was impressed that the supplier notified me, within 1 hour that had been ‘posted’, and I would receive it within 24 hours. Both supplier and courier informed me of the delay and a new date and time of the delivery. I was informed to expect it between 10:52 and 11:52 on Monday. It arrived exactly at 10:52 Monday. The care they both took, cannot be praised enough. Unfortunately I can only give both 5 Thanks Dealbuyer(UK) Ltd and DPD”

“had to return a TV as it arrived cracked, and then the replacement didn't work. to be fair, they arranged delivery and refund with no fuss and quickly. But just wasted some of my time.”
