“First time used, was a bit apprehensive about buying because it was a lot of money and the item was described as a "return". Item was received as described, only issue was that the box was a bit battered, but set up with no issues. Peace of mind with the 12 month guarantee. Good communication from start of process to the delivery.”

“I ordered a graded Samsung TV and it was delivered very quickly. There were a couple of problems with it, (selling graded goods must be fraught with possible problems of all kinds), I emailed dealbuyer and within 24 hours there was a new part on its way and instructions given to solve my other problem. Really good customer service. The TV is 'as new'.”
