“The whole experience with dealbuyer was fantastic. The item came quickly and was exactly as described. Unfortunately I had to return it as I had ordered the wrong one (it was for my daughter)! “Do not buy a laptop or any goods from this site they do not uphold their warranty and do not send contracts at point of purchase which is illegal and they have been reported to trading standards stay away unless you want to end up stuck with a faulty product that they will not replace.”

Hi, We are sorry that you feel this way, this item was supplied with a 12-month warranty which has long expired. Full terms and conditions can be seen on our website which exceeds the requirements set out by law. A multiple-page contract is not delivered with every online purchase nor would it be from anywhere else. We are always happy to help and advise but even within the warranty period, we will not replace physically damaged items that cannot be broken without force or misuse.

“Xmas present so only turned it on to check it started up. Fantastic work by this company at a great price super quick delivery too. Well package which was lucky as dpd driver dropped it over the fence instead of delivering it properly! Hopefully all is well and it works as it should when tested on boxing day!”
