“Purchased and delivered in a little more than 24-hrs.... excellent service. The item was purchased as a birthday gift and although it looks exactly what is wanted I won’t know how good it is until then. My first experience of buying an “open box” item. I can certainly recommend it as a way of getting quality goods for a greatly discounted price!”

“My laptop was faulty unfortunately but I rang them and the guy was straight onto it. Emailed me a refund label. I ask if they had anymore of that model but thdy didn't so I am being refunded. Quick efficient customer service Thanks Guys.”

“Was in very good condition well packed,however no instructions what so ever and I still can't check if freeview works as yet. Main gripe was no paperwork or instructions the rest was as described..I would recommend them.”
