“These people have gone over and above when we had a problem with a Sharp TV bought from them. They were helpful, kind, understanding and prompt with the issues I had and I cannot rate them highly enough. We had a replacement TV sent out within 24 hours - couldn’t have asked for more”

“In the market for a 12v television, I came across Dealbuyer's excellent prices. After doing my 'due diligence', not having heard of them before, the negative comments were far outweighed by quality positive reviews. My hardest job then was whether to choose A1 or brand new - I went for brand new and found the whole experience very quick and easy, and the tv was delivered the next day and is working perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to use Dealbuyer again.”

“The set up guide bears little resemblance to the TV delivered, I've now downloaded the manual and that's not much help either. I wish I'd bought it from a retailer who would have been much more helpful in order to protect their reputation.”

“Very easy to drill down for products on website and also to order and pay. Chose a "new" as opposed to grade A TV and the Bix and product was as described. Might have been lucky with delivery as chose ordinary but it turned up next day. Delivery by DPD was first class. No complaints and would recommend.”
