“Neil and the team went above and beyond to help me with a very complex re-mortgage. Very professional keeping me informed and reassured throughout the process. Extremely helpful and patient when the situation is not so straight forward due to third party lenders and Greenbelt. DDFS and the legal team took time to resolve a long standing issue enabling me to move forward. Thankyou so much.”

“We were looking for a remortgage for a renovation that included a debt consolidation. We had been told by another provider it couldn’t be done. My first words to Mike were, “I’m really sceptical, but if you prove me wrong I’ll write you a great review” and here I am writing the review! Our mortgage completed yesterday, even in the middle of a global pandemic! Mike was excellent from day one, with great communication and explanations. He reassured us in very concerning times and kept to his word. I am delighted that he proved me wrong and all our financial worries have now gone. Thanks to Mike and all the team at Deal Direct, we will be in touch again when our next remortgage comes around!”
