“Lee went out of his way to get us a good deal, and when I mistakenly set completion date early so we would would be subject to fees on our old mortgage he was very proactive in getting in touch and suggesting I amend the date avoiding thousands of pounds of fees. Lee was fast, responsive and we were very happy with the service.”

“Not as simple as you would expect an online application to be, could do with everything being electronic. However Kevin Davies was great as he understood my reasons for changing mortgage and found one that would suit me.”

“Really informed mortgage advice. My circumstances were a little out of the ordinary and it required an in-depth knowledge of borrowing to find a solution, which DDFS did. In terms of improving the service, my initial rep went cold on me at one stage when he thought I was time wasting even though I explained that I was away in the US at the time. I then had to repeatedly chase him which was a little disappointing. Lastly you are too persistent looking for feedback! Nonetheless thank you. I would, without hesitation, recommend DFFS.”

“Lee who helped me get the right mortgage was great! So helpful and always quick to respond to any questions I had but once I got my offer things were handed over to Rebecca who I found a little pushy and sometimes even rude. The broker costs were alot higher than most (I was a little naive going into this) and DD were unable to provide a breakdown of charges when asked, simply stating they were standard costs. Presume due to my questions or the stage of my mortgage I was then handed over to Beth who chased up the final fee after they tried to charge the wrong card. I’m happy I have completed my mortgage but would suggest others shop around first before signing all the paperwork DD send you.”
