“Excellent service. Great communication, jargon free, didn't over promise to win our business. Would definitely recommend to anybody irrespective of their circumstances. From initial contact to completion was about 6 weeks. Our situation wasn't straight forward but we are now £160 a month better off with only an additional 12 months on our repayment period. We genuinely wish we had found them years ago.”

“Contacted you as we had previously used Mark Dickety for our mortgage needs in the past. As expected Mark was great. Always clear about our options, helpfull and speedy in getting things done and a top bloke to chat to. Actions, what was needed from us and timescales were also clarified along the way as well which always helps. Can’t fault the effort of others would have been part of it either (Clare humby for example) All in all top stuff. Thanks :) have a good Christmas”

“Everyone we've spoken to has been friendly and professional and explained things in a way we understood. My only criticism would be that we feel we had to do some chasing, there would be no regular updates. Even if it had been a short message to touch base and say things were going ok would've been better. Overall though, it's a service I believe we'd use again!”
