“I had a quick service. All questions were answered promptly. A few things i think the company can improve on is not to have too many people emailing about different things as it made it very confusing. All monies should be explained and what your paying for and the total amount. Also do not try to taking money without asking. Overall i would recommend.”

“Dealt with Mark Dickety was very good any questions or uncertainty’s we had he cleared them up and didn’t make up feel silly when asking, We were both very impressed all in all how Mark dealt with us and have already given his details out to friends already who are looking for mortage/re-mortgage. Was disappointed as kept getting cold called and texted non stop from Nigel Button who said we had to meet with him to discuss life insurance even though we told him we would look elsewhere, that’s the only thing me and my partner both said has left a sour taste in our mouths.”

“they have been extremely helpful in helping us to take out a new mortgage. Melodie has explained everything to us in detail and has answered all our question very quickly. also the time frame that everything has happened has been suppressing quick we are very pleased with the service we have received. i would defiantly recommend using deal direct to friend and family”
