“They took their time to understand what I wanted to do and found the right product for us. Unfortunately I did end up having to chase as communication seemed to stop. However, a once communication started again everything was put in place and completed satisfactorily.”

“Simon Tai, my Broker was brilliant. Knowledgeable, personable and supportive. His energy and dedication to making sure I got the right deal was excellent. As a novice on mortgages his expert knowledge was extremely helpful and provided a lot of comfort during this challenging time in our Nation and for me personally as someone who has been thrown into doing this process for the first time without any real desire to do so I definitely have ‘a go’ to person for any future deals and referrals. His quick thinking and thorough approach was definitely suited for the ever changing market . His approach made sure we cliched a deal that was the best for me which could have easily gone South if it was not for Simon’s quick thinking and vast knowledge of the market. I am eternally grateful for being the person I spoke to on the phone when I made that enquiry and like I said, we shall definitely keep our relationship with Simon going.
