“I contacted DDFS this morning to sort out a remortgage on my property. I spoke with Emily, who was an absolute star. Great service, everything was done smoothly and as promised. She kept me updated every step of the way. I would use this company again and recommend them to my family and friends.”

“Where do I start? I think we had given up all hope of sorting out a remortgage until Simon rang us and straight away offered hope! I never believed that it would actually happen and certainly never expected to be writing this review! In short, Simon is an absolute star who knows exactly how to negotiate complicated mortgages and he is also available 247 to offer support. I can’t recommend him highly enough! We will certainly be returning to this company. Yes, it is costly, but you get what you pay for, and it’s worth every penny of the broker’s fee. Thank you Simon for all your support and advice.”

“I was recommended this company by my aunty who has used them for years and i know why. April was my broker she went above and beyond to ensure that the process was smooth and that i was offered the best option. I found the professionalism of everybody i dealt with in the company to be excellent and helpful. I have used this company for two different products and both cases no concerns. I cannot thank April enough especially for accepting all my calls and always having a listening ear no matter my concern with case. Deals direct are highly recommended service i will definitely be using again. :0)”

“A big thank you to Nicky for helping me find a loan so I could refurbish my home and consolidate a few other items. It didn’t go as smooth I would have liked but through no fault of hers. Nicky was always prompt in responding to my queries and if I was unsure of anything, she would ring/email me immediately to help me understand. I am sure we will be in touch again in the future. “The service from DDFS has been amazing. I was looking to remortgage to clear quite a lot of debt and right from my first phone call with Mike he put me at ease and was confident that he could help find the right mortgage for our needs. He has been really helpful throughout the process and whenever I had a question or issue it was dealt with promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend using this company especially for debt consolidation and although they do charge a fee for me it was worth it”
