“I was recommended this company by my aunty who has used them for years and i know why. April was my broker she went above and beyond to ensure that the process was smooth and that i was offered the best option. I found the professionalism of everybody i dealt with in the company to be excellent and helpful. I have used this company for two different products and both cases no concerns. I cannot thank April enough especially for accepting all my calls and always having a listening ear no matter my concern with case. Deals direct are highly recommended service i will definitely be using again. :0)”

“A big thank you to Nicky for helping me find a loan so I could refurbish my home and consolidate a few other items. It didn’t go as smooth I would have liked but through no fault of hers. Nicky was always prompt in responding to my queries and if I was unsure of anything, she would ring/email me immediately to help me understand. I am sure we will be in touch again in the future. “The service from DDFS has been amazing. I was looking to remortgage to clear quite a lot of debt and right from my first phone call with Mike he put me at ease and was confident that he could help find the right mortgage for our needs. He has been really helpful throughout the process and whenever I had a question or issue it was dealt with promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend using this company especially for debt consolidation and although they do charge a fee for me it was worth it”

“DD contacted me online after previously expressing an interest. We eventually remortgaged with them in December 2021 after first beginning the process in July. The good: Simon Tai is very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. He was good at offering solutions when different lenders didn’t come up to our needs. I would rely on Simon again in future. The bad: the admin staff at DD seem to be less capable. Failed to tell me that in July-September when we didn’t progress the initial offer with Santander that it would end up closing the file, causing me dozens of hours of correspondence and phone calls to Santander and it’s solicitors eventually resulting in a complaint owing to the lateness of the remortgage costing us extra in lost interest. Santander were quick to partially concede responsibility but they did point out that DD should have kept me better informed at the relevant time. On another occasion I had to ask several times for the prior valuation to be cross referred with the “new” file, which DD admin staff didn’t seem to understand. On another occasion they asked why my employer was ostensibly in Nottingham whereas I had given prior instructions that I work in London. All of those little things were overcome in the end, but not without a lot of messing around and a formal complaint by me (I am a lawyer so used to this) I received some money back and an apology from the lender, but it would have perhaps been apt for DD to reduce their fee bearing in mind their poor admin contributed to the delay too. In any event I am giving four stars based on Simon’s charisma and ability and the fact in the end he got us a much better deal that we could have got ourselves. Worth the fee but could do with better admin processes.”

“I have to say , this company really does go above and beyond in regards to service. I was lucky enough to have Mike Axtell as my advisor and I do not regret a thing! I was transparent from the beginning about my background and he took that information and accommodated to it. I would ask the same questions repeatedly for peace of mind and he would answer anything and everything I queried. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Leigh Smith in Mike’s absence who was just as knowledgeable and lovely. So thank you both so much for your help on my journey with your company . Credit where it is due ! *****”

“Deal Direct handled my case with spectacular efficiency and friendly customer service. They handled everything, to make moving my mortgage completely hassle-free. My only criticism is with the legal team they appointed - Optima Legal. Optima Legal is by far the worst solicitors firm I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Consistently difficult to communicate with - it is as if everyone is out of office! They are the sole reason why my remortgage has yet to be completed. If it were not for Deal Direct using Optima Legal, I would have rated a full 6 stars.”

“I wanted to re-mortgage to consolidate my personal loans and credit card debt into one manageable monthly payment. Another well-known mortgage broker was unwilling to help. I contacted Deal Direct and they were really helpful and supportive and completed the application form for me. They helped me get a mortgage with a low rate for a medium-term fixed rate. Within nine working days of contacting them I received my mortgage offer. The mortgage provider put forward their own conveyancer to deal with the legal work. Deal Direct have kept in touch with the conveyancers and myself to make sure it moves along nicely. I would definitely recommend”
