“Placed original order for my dining room. The tiles were true to colour and easy to lay. I was so impressed with the quality of the tiles I placed a second order for my hall and staircase. Would definitely recommend them.”

“Can we say that we have been very impressed by the efficiency of DCTUK staff from Vanessa and her tips on laying the tiles and the fast response from Ross in changing the delivery date so quickly. The help in choosing the Milliken tiles at an excellent price helped by the example selection of tiles sent made all the difference. The result is an excellent tile replacement to our original carpet tiles. Many thanks from Robin and Julie”

“Terrible service. Ordered the incorrect item but was told even though I hadn’t received this item yet there was a 30% handling fee! The flooring was over £1300 so I just refused to Accept the delivery and crawled the money back from PayPal! And the customer service was shocking! No help at all.”

“Ordering carpet tiles from dctuk was a very straightforward process. Requested samples were sent before we placed our main order. The side order for transition strips and tacky adhesive was advisedly sent separately and we were impressed by how well that was packaged. We live in one of the remoter UK mainland postcodes so occasionally 'difficult' items suffer in transit - usually because of inadequate packing. So full marks on that!”
