“Other reviews were great, hence, I was encouraged. Ordered Thursday night, considered the Covoid situation and delivery, and therefore extremely impressed with communication, tracking and delivery when goods came within minutes of the proposed time slot of Saturday morning! Well done and thank-you. Carpet tiles perfect, great quality and soft grey as in picture. Enlarged the picture to get a real feel and was delighted with the match...will use again!👍😊”

“When we received our order it was short of tiles and the adhesive was missing completely, I took me several calls to get this sorted. The product itself is good but I wouldn’t use again”

“Spent ages trying to work out who to get carpet tiles from, as a lot of online companies reviews seem a bit hit and miss. Took a punt at DCT and they supplied fantastic quality carpet tiles, all colours matched. Very quick free delivery (48 hours). Very helpful staff at the other end of the phone. 10/10.”

“I have used DCTUK before, and on the strength of that was very happy to use them again. Customer service is very good and helpful, prices and quality are first class. Delivery is fast, the only problem was the courier who separated two parcels so they came on different days. The company were totally honest and admitted their error, so full marks to DPD. Thoroughly recommend this company.High praise for a Liverpool company from a Mancunian!!”
