“Terrible customer service on our last order. Vinyl was cut to an incorrect size by the factory - we were blamed as having cut it and at no point were we treated as being right. Ross Smith hung up on our call when requesting a refund for a returned roll and waited several weeks (turned into months) to get the refund when the factory confirmed they had cut it wrong. DCTUK had to have a refund before we did?? Very poor!!!!!! and cost us money in having to send a fitter back to site to correct after being made to buy another roll! very hesitant to ever use again”

“Communication was very good, I was advised of delivery dates and although delivery dates were altered I was advised when the new date would be. DPD were very prompt with the delivery and had kept me updated to expect delivery within an hour time slot . The tiles I received (cosy toes ll) are of an excellent quality and have a lovely thick pile, perfect for a bedroom. They were easy to lay and look amazing once down. Would definitely use DCTUK again.”

“Bought floor tiles because it was the best option for me as I'm in a wheelchair. Got advice from DCTUK by email about which carpet tiles were suitable for wheelchair use - which was very helpful as they have a wide range. They look really nice and I love the fact I can just lift one if it's damaged and replace it. Purchase was really easy online and my tiles were delivered quickly and without any problems. Very happy thank you.”

“Have used DCT over the years for our homes when we moved and required floor tiles.. when we used them the first time their service was outstanding and you know what, they have changed over the years ...Their Customer Care and helpful manner is now exceptional.... So all I can truly say is they are GREAT to deal with and before I forget... One small thing is their prices fantastic and that no small thing.. Thinking of Floor tiles then think DCTUK... “Carpet tile quality is great. Easy to lay and clean. Shame there’s a £65 postage charge to mainland Scotland, that we weren’t told about until after the order!”
