“Found DCTUK online as I was searching for luxury carpet tiles for my bedroom. I decided on the Cisytoes II and requested a few samples, they arrived within 48 hours. I was really impressed with the quality so went ahead and ordered enough to carpet my bedroom. They arrived the next working day and were so easy to lay I did it myself and I’m really pleased with the result. Thank you DCTUK”

“Just about to make my second purchase of carpet tiles for home use from dctuk. Samples sent out quickly at no charge. Excellent quality and price. First order sent out within hours and delivered next day by DPD in notified one hour slot. I laid them myself with no problems. Very pleased with finished result.”

“The sample was sent out quickly and after ordering the order was delivered quickly. Unfortunately, the delivery of the order could have been better. The cardboard boxes were over packed and not strong enough.”

“I requested samples for my new kitchen floor and I received an e-mail shortly afterwards confirming despatch, unfortunately, the samples never arrived. I have realised over the last few months that couriers/post delivery in this country has reached a dismal low, there must be warehouses full of items that have never been delivered and never will. Businesses will have to respond to this threat because a loss of samples is no big deal, but the loss of a potential order may be.”
