I received several carpet tile samples of a good size that enabled me to make my choice. These were received quickly and well packaged. I received excellent advice from Beth at customer service who helped me with my order and gave me advice on fitting. The tiles are at an excellent discounted price. On ordering I received swift confirmation and details about the delivery.
