When I purchased my order online they emailed me and told me it would take 3-4 working days. Then 3-4 working days later they emailed me again saying they would ring me to arrange a delivery in 5 working days. So 5 working days later Still having no phone call or delivery turn up I called them , then they told me my flooring was out of stock. Very unprofessional and still haven’t received my refund yet, will not use this company again.

Took a cold call from them after not buying on the website, stupidly bought something that wasnt suitable. Would not refund or exchange despite this being advertised and quoted some obscure terms and condition on why I couldnt. Lots of shifting
Blame to different departments. Waiting for a manager call back for over a week. Spent over a £100 for something that is useless. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS

Don't bother with them. I recently placed an order for 2 boxes of carpet tiles from their green and lime section. Was surprised when a grey blue tiles arrived. Emailed and asked to exchange for a different tile and got a reply that their supplier would charge too much to take them back and that I should have ordered a sample. Am now requesting a complete refund.

Only then to have another phone call another 2 days later telling us our order was out of stock and will take 2 weeks, we said ok, then got another call day later saying it would take 4 weeks! We cancelled the order, my wife had to call them nearly a week later to prompt for our refund, which happened then the next day.

Ross Smith hung up on our call when requesting a refund for a returned roll and waited several weeks (turned into months) to get the refund when the factory confirmed they had cut it wrong.
