Ross had said he was going to refund the £45 for delivery and the the cost of the adhesive as I needed it that day so because of the shear lack of communication I almost ended losing that job.

When I purchased my order online they emailed me and told me it would take 3-4 working days. Then 3-4 working days later they emailed me again saying they would ring me to arrange a delivery in 5 working days. So 5 working days later Still having no phone call or delivery turn up I called them , then they told me my flooring was out of stock. Very unprofessional and still haven’t received my refund yet, will not use this company again.
