“Danny and his team of fitters have provided us with a great service. Covering over 4500m2 of flooring over 5 weeks I was in contact with Danny most days being updated on progress and dealing with my last minute changes and requests. Great company to work with all over with special mentions to Lewis and Craig.”

“Hi, found these guys online liked the look of the product & price just wasn't 100% sure what would be suitable for our needs. As it fairly local decided to pop in out of the blue. Could do with a "DCTUK" sign outside as we passed it twice, anyway found you. From walking through the door & saying we were there to buy carpet tile, just not sure which one's. Micheal was onto our needs, took us through to the W/H area showed us a wall of sample, picking out several that would suit our needs, we picked one, back to the office, Micheal processed the order, including giving us advice on the type of glue to secure them in place (which never actually goes off), all paid for, so simple, then we were taken to Craig. This W/H guy is brilliant, so knowledgeable, informative, helpful, strong (boxes of carpet tiles & all the other products they sell associated are not lite), we are DIY'ers, Craig explaing in his opinion, how to lay, cut & fix (including shaking the glue can to get the best glue distribution), went on to show other whole tile example's & other products they carry & he loaded our purchase into our car. Excellent so simple from start to finish, that's the initial web site browsing to driving of with a boot full of carpet tile, glue & a head full of really useful advice, all at the right price for us.”

“I've dealt with DCTUK three times and never been disappointed with the product or the service. They were delivered the next day which means I can plan my project with confidence ie if my day off is Friday I can order them on Thursday knowing they'll arrive when needed”

“Unusually, this time we had problems with the delivery. DPD took three goes before correctly delivering the goods. The explanation claimed by their website did not tally with what we were told by the driver who eventually brought the goods. However, Christopher of DCTUK was proactive in sorting it out and we appreciate that this was something you had limited control over.”

“This is the second time that we have ordered carpet tiles from DCTUK. We have received very good service from both Gary Trafford in the sales department and Chris Lewis in despatch. Gary advised us on the selection, suitability and installion of tiles and Chris sorted us out when the courier damaged some of the tiles in transit and delivered them a day late which was not the fault of DCTUK. Replies to emails have always been prompt and our questions have been fully answered. Chris even phoned us to advise us that the replacement tiles had been despatched and was very friendly on the phone. We like it that we are able to order samples of tiles that we are considering as we can then feel the texture and see the actual colours. We will not hesitate to recommend DCTUK to friends and family who are thinking of buying carpet tiles or any other product that DCTUK sell.”
