“We we're waiting for our order to be delivered, so as we were in need of it quickly and wondering where it was, I rang the sales office. It turned out that the company that was delivering it for them had misplaced our purchase. Although it wasn't dctuk's fault, they immediately sent us out another order completely free of charge. And Although it wasn't necessary, they even compensated us with a free gift for the little bit of hassle we had. Would I buy from them again? Yes. Would i recommend them? Definitely”

“The team at DCTUK were excellent. A special shout out to Lily, Danny, Dale, Chris, Ross and Craig who made the journey seamless. Flooring is top quality. We also got a free hoover which is great timing as we move into our new facility. Perfect Shutters highly recommends DCTUK.”

“Good communication and a courteous resolve on my delivered planks. All sorted with constant updates and very happy with Flotex planks (looks like woodgrain) in Black, Forbo Nairn. Very solid quality, what I wanted. With a refund too. Quick return. Would recommend. I would purchase again from DCTUK.👍”

“What can I say from start to finish? The service has been exceptional I gave the company some measurements for some floor tiles. Placed the order, paid in the morning and they were delivered the following afternoon. Absolutely brilliant. and above all a great price.”

“The customer service is pretty poor. There’s no save chat facility and you get ignored. I’ve no idea if it’s because my enquiry was small, but I asked twice for a quote and how much adhesive to order for the amount of carpet tiles I wanted. I ended up ignored. The point I kept having to write “hello” in the online chat. The agent then said they’d call me because they were still working it out, and never did. If the product was sold elsewhere I’d have gone elsewhere. So I worked it out myself and placed the order. The product itself is great. And my cats love it so don’t worry about pets thinking it feels weird under foot. Sample provided was good too. Happy with the price. So if you know what you want, and how much then go for it. Delivery communicated well. If you’ve got questions be prepared to be disappointed. Or contact them via email as you then have a copy of your own enquiry and who you’ve tried to talk to.”

“Top customer service from DCTUK, as usual - about my fourth or fifth order from them. Really good information on the website and via email chat with their sales team, helpful advice on fitting and the "Joys of Tackifier" (there is a book in there somewhere.... I just need to knuckle down and lay the tiles now. :-)”

“We were unable to have our initial order of tiles because they were out of stock, however, Ross came back very quickly with alternative suggestions and the samples arrived earlier than anticipated. We then placed the order and the tiles arrived very swiftly and appear to be excellent quality - we haven't got around to laying them yet. The service we received from Ross was outstanding, he was very helpful and I would thoroughly recommend the company.”
