“Found the company very easy to communicate with, and responsive. When my samples did not arrive in the time indicated, due to carrier issues, they sent replacements with next day delivery. Would use again.”

“Mixed review really Sales person was great. Let down by poor delivery that didn’t turn up leaving me without products to start the job costing me time and money !!! Still not heard anything about any compensation for all the hassle. Shame they haven’t done the wright thing.”

“Ordered the cosy toes 2 tiles for my living room to go on top of laminate. I’ve always had carpet tiles upstairs and wanted to stick with them because of how easy they are. The tiles themselves are amazing and soft, they’re easy to clean which is ideal with kids and was easy to cut and fit myself! You can barely see the lines in the tiles and I’m sure with more movement and hoovering they’ll disappear completely! There was a slight issue with the amount of tiles I got delivered but a quick online chat and a phone call later was all sorted within an hour and the rest of the tiles were with me within 24 hours! Couldn’t ask for any better help and customer service! Will definitely be buying more to upgrade my carpet tiles upstairs!”

“Great service, delivery came quickly. Tiles are good quality (Nouveau cosy toes II). Look and feel great. Thick enough to walk in bare feet and warm too. Impressed, will use DCTUK again.”

“We were looking for 4 floor tiles for our small porch. We were not impressed with the offering in our local DIY stores and flooring chain stores. We then found some wood effect carpet tiles and saw them on the DCT website. I ordered 4 and although I was advised a minimum order would be 10 , DCT fulfilled my request and they arrived within a few days. Very impressed with the service and would definitely use them again. Very happy customer.”

“Excellent service. Vanessa was very helpful with my queries on web chat and sorted out a quote/order since my attempt to order landed me with a £38 delivery charge! Only minor gripe was that the spray can lid was smashed in transit but no disasters ensued so all was well. Delivery was approx 28 hours from time of ordering, very impressive. I enjoyed my first stint of tile-laying and we are very pleased with the result.”
