“I have now purchased both carpet tiles and Luxury Vinyl Tiles from DCTUK. On both occasions the products have been delivered when promised and are of a very good quality. The LVT's were out of stock at the supplier when I placed the order, but I received a phone call from a very polite member of staff explaining the situation and confirming that I was happy to wait for the later delivery. The prices are always competitive, delivery charges reasonable and as previously stated product quality is excellent. I have been more than happy with both the products and the customer service.”

“We received the carpet tiles from yourselves via DPD in a timely fashion. However, whilst everything was received in good condition we were most surprised that the package with the largest number of carpet tiles was received with the package end completely open. Fortunately everything was in good order but it clearly could not have been.”

“We placed an order for green tiles but when they were delivered, they were blue. We called DCTUK, they were apologetic and got our correct order delivered the next day. Mistakes happen, but they sorted it very quickly and efficiently. Thank you.”
