“Impressive website, impressive service. Placed an order for 42 tiles which were despatched to me within 3 days. The only let down is the packaging of the goods. They need to be more rugged boxes and securely taped.”

“Easy web site to use, lots of variety to choose from and quick delivery of samples. These were followed up with an email asking if I needed further help. Also found out that dctuk no longer fits residential properties. Unfortunately, the samples in reality did not do the job we wanted.”

“I just needed one box of floor tiles and got a good discount on end of line. Courier cost was high for just one box, but they were heavy and it was 2 day delivery. I would have settled for cheaper delivery and waited a few days, but it worked out well overall.”

“Tiles arrived after weeks of delay. VERY poorly packaged with only tie wraps and flimsy cardboard - most tile edges damaged. Contacted DCTUK immediately with photographs of the tiles/packaging. Agreed to lay tiles as best I could with damaged edges either cut or against walls. 6 tiles were not able to be lain so contacted the company for replacements, still waiting.”
