“I initially got the wrong product sent to me however Ross was extremely helpful over the next couple of weeks making sure I got the right product, this turned out to be no fault of DCTUK and was in fact the product company mislabelling a product, Ross was punctual at replying, informative and reassuring! Thanks again!”

“Excellent service and product. Really please with our Flotex carpet planks. I received an email confirming the delivery date shortly after placing the order and delivery was exactly as promised. The boxes of carpet planks were delivered on a pallet ensuring no crushed boxes, etc.”

“Great Service - website informative and easy to use. Very competitively priced. Delivery exceptionably fast. We are currently renovating, so making a lot of orders, I really wish other companies were as quick! Customer service has keep us informed so no guessing or chasing required, then checked in to see if everything was okay post delivery. The tiles have still to be laid (they came a little earlier than expected) but pretty sure they will look great and do the job we need. I would 100% recommend the company if you are looking for carpet tiles.”

“DCTUK have a great website, so easy to find colour and price range. They also seem to offer a much bigger range than anyone else in the UK. Online purchase was easy and we were fully informed of despatch and delivery details. Delivery was on time. I did have a need to contact Customer services about an issue and this was handled swiftly and efficiently by Ross and concluded much to my complete satisfaction. I would totally recommend DCTUK.”
