“Amazing company to deal with , nothing too much trouble. Vanessa was very helpful and sent my samples out to me. The thickness of our carpet tiles was really really amazing for our bedroom. Next day delivery was great. Will definitely recommend you and will certainly but from you again. 😀😀😀”

“we had samples sent and this was great to be able to pick what we wanted. It was easy to order and the delivery was quick. Now we are enjoying our carpet tiles. A around good service.”

“Great to get four free samples of tiles for colour matching. Order to delivery was prompt, considering a slight delay as tiles coming from Belgium during Covid lockdown but we received an email with explanation then delivery came eventually on the date they stated. Pleased with our purchase of Nouveau tiles, a good match to the environment they will join. Helpful being able to purchase accessories at the same time. Yet to cut & lay. Overall a good experience, would recommend & purchase again as required.”

“Customer service was second to none. Samples arrived less than 24 hours after ordering! Carpet tiles arrived in less than 3 days. These are the thickest and best quality carpet tiles out there - AMAZING! Could not recommend enough! Thank you”

“Returning customer. Tiles for dining room still look great after 1 year. Got me thinking about fitted doormats, so made some from door mat tiles from DCT. They look and work like the dogs toddler. I will be back !”

“The customer services I received from Ross in Distribution and Vanessa in customer service was more than amazing. Their comms where clear, detailed and extremely timely! They helped me with a can do attitude, a customer services attitude that seems to be dying out in the UK! I would 110% recommend this company.”
