“Don't bother with them. I recently placed an order for 2 boxes of carpet tiles from their green and lime section. Was surprised when a grey blue tiles arrived. Emailed and asked to exchange for a different tile and got a reply that their supplier would charge too much to take them back and that I should have ordered a sample. Am now requesting a complete refund.”

“The staff at dctuk are friendly and helpful and whilst we had some confusion over tile colour on an amended order the matter was resolved in a cooperative manner. The laid tiles look good and I would be happy to recommend dctuk.”

“Several free samples arrived very promptly. On-line chata was very useful to see how long delivery was going to be. Delivery arrived exactly as indicated all carefully packaged and on a pallet. They look great!!”

“Order came quite quickly, very pleased with quality, considering they we’re not advertised as top quality..( top quality must be excellent) The site itself is great.. advice given in ‘chat’ again cannot be faulted as the type they advised was the one I selected. Also the box for calculating the amount of tiles required is a great addition.. overall excellent.”

“I wanted tiles to refurb a retail unit . I chose Nouveau Bee line . Not only were these cheaper than diy stores ,they are also MUCH better quality ! Arrived within 48 hours.70 tiles ,took around 4-5 hours to fit .Looks brilliant ! So impressed that we passed details to our daughter who ordered the next day !,”
