“I received the best customer service that I think I have ever experienced. I ordered the wrong colour tiles, and the team I spoke to jumped in and corrected it for me quickly. “From the first point of contact - my initial phone enquiry - everything about DCTUK was positive. Every member of staff that I encountered, Gary and Danny in particular, were enthusiastic and keen to help. That attitude was maintained by the fitting crew led by Nigel and, bearing in mind that it was not the easiest of projects, at no point did did any negativity creep into the discussions. From start to finish it was a super professional job and our client was delighted. We will certainly be a returning customer.”
