“I ordered the samples on line at breakfast before work while getting ready I had an email and a text from Rob confirming the samples - I advised that I had called and been told the sample I needed was not possible - Rob Griffiths was amazing ! He called me and said Don’t worry about that - look at them and we will sort it out. The second sample came within days Such an amazing customer focus and efficient response times. Really excellent - I was going to order through a local company. The response from Rob means that I will be ordering and getting installation from DCTUK William Birmingham”

“Well what can i say... when you get stuck or are struggling to find your product you need that special person or company to get you out of the hole your in. Well lucky for me i found DCTUK and Heather who were amazing. More surprising was it wasn't a huge order and i still received great attention and effort to resolve my problem and they found the product i was after. Within two days i had completed the flooring project and had a very happy customer so thank you Heather and DCTUK so much for the great service and care.”
